Throughout 2026, construction on I-494 will affect the 686X and 686L routes, which may result in delays and detours. 

686X WB: Due to nightly construction closures of westbound I-494, the 686X WB will be rerouted via American Blvd. No stops are expected to be impacted. Monday, March 9th through Friday, March 13th, the last two westbound trips after 10PM are impacted. Delays are expected.

686L: No delays expected at this time.
