Your Ride to the Twin Cities' Biggest Events

Skip the parking fees, avoid event traffic, and enjoy a stress-free ride to concerts, festivals, games, and special events throughout the Twin Cities. We’ll drop you off near the event venue so you can spend less time searching for parking and more time having fun.

How SW Shuttle Works 

Step 1: Check to see if SouthWest Transit is providing service to your event – use the navigation.

For desktop, navigation/menu is on the left. For mobile, the navigation/menu is at the top of this page.

Step 2: Park for FREE at any SouthWest Transit Station: 

• East Creek Station (Chaska) - Hwy 212 and Hwy 41 
• SouthWest Village (Chanhassen) - Hwy 212 and Hwy 101 
• SouthWest Station (Eden Prairie) - Hwy 212 and Prairie Center Drive 

Step 3: Purchase your ticket in advance through the Token Transit app or pay with exact change when boarding. 
 

Round-Trip Fares 

• Standard: $6  
• Children 5 and under: Free  
• Disabled Veterans (with valid ID): Free  

Important note: If using Token Transit, please be sure to activate your digital ride ticket when boarding. 

Step 4: Ride to the Event 

For most events, shuttles begin service at East Creek Station (Chaska) two hours before the event starts and then stop at SouthWest Village Station (Chanhassen) and SouthWest Station (Eden Prairie) before proceeding to the event.

There is usually just ONE departure time from each station, and we do our best to get you there an hour before the event. We recommend arriving at your preferred station at least 10–15 minutes before departure.

All SWT buses are ADA accessible.

Example Shuttle Schedule For a 7:00 PM Event Start:

Drop off time may vary depending on traffic, drop off location, (e.g., Minneapolis vs. St. Paul venue) and road closures. 

Please Note: Service to Mystic Lake Amphitheater follows a different route, with departures beginning at SouthWest Station (Eden Prairie) approximately two hours before the event starts. Visit the Concerts page for additional details and a sample schedule. 

Step 5: Finding your ride home (back to the station) 

Not sure where to catch your ride home? 

Don't worry—your return shuttle will pick you up from the same location where you were dropped off before the event. Shuttles typically depart 30 minutes after an event ends.  

Pickup and return times may vary due to traffic, road closures, event logistics, and crowd conditions.
