On November 5, SouthWest Transit is offering free rides to the polls through SW Prime, our on-demand rideshare service. It’s our way of supporting you in casting your vote.

Booking Your Ride

When you’re ready to head to the polls, follow these steps to secure your free ride:

Option 1: Call Us

Give our reservations team a call and mention that it’s for getting to the polls.

• Provide your phone number, pickup location, poll location, and the number of riders.

Option 2: Use the SW Prime App

• Download the SW Prime app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• Open the SW Prime app.
• Create an account (if you don't already have one).
• Go to your account (click the icon in the upper left corner).
• Select "Promos" and enter the code "2024POLLS".
• Return to the home screen and proceed with booking your ride. You should see “FREE” under payment.
• Enter your pickup location, voting location, and number of riders.
• If needed, select any mobility device (wheelchair, walker, scooter, etc.).
• Confirm your ride, and you’ll see the arrival time along with real-time driver mapping.
• A text message will notify you when your driver arrives.

Please note: SW Prime service hours are not the same as polling locations, the last call for SW Prime ride requests is 6:25 PM.
