How much does it cost to ride SW Shuttle? |
Round-trip fares are $6 per person. Children age 5 and under ride free. Disabled veterans ride free with valid identification. |

How do I purchase a ticket? |
Tickets can be purchased in advance through the Token Transit app or with exact change when boarding. |

How do I use Token Transit to purchase a ticket? |
Purchase your ticket anytime through the Token Transit app: 1. Download the Token Transit app 2. Select SouthWest Transit as your transit agency 3. Choose your event 4. Purchase your ticket 5. Activate your ticket when boarding |

Can I pay with a credit card when boarding? |
No. Riders not using Token Transit must pay exact cash when boarding the bus. Please note, Go-To Cards are not accepted for Event Shuttle fares. |

Where can I park? |
Free parking is available at all SouthWest Transit stations |

When should I arrive to go to an event? |
We recommend arriving at least 10 – 15 minutes before shuttle service pick up time (dependent on the station from which you are departing). |

Where do I catch the shuttle after the event? |
Return to the same location/stop where the shuttle dropped you off before the event. The shuttle will depart from there to return to the stations approximately 30 minutes after an event ends. |

Is my event ticket included in the shuttle fare? |
No. SW Shuttle fares cover transportation only. Event admission tickets must be purchased separately unless otherwise noted. |

Are SW Shuttle buses wheelchair accessible? |
Yes. All SouthWest Transit buses are ADA accessible. |

What happens if an event is cancelled? |
If an event is cancelled for any reason, SW Shuttle service will also be cancelled, and any pre-paid fares will be refunded. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, please check back for updated shuttle information. SouthWest Transit may provide service to the new event date if available. |
