686 Route Service Alert: Detours and Delays 

Closed highway sections and construction on I-494 and I-35W will affect the 686 on the following dates:

• June 27–30 

Delays are expected for the 686 as there will be a route deviation off of I-494 (686X) and along American Boulevard. Please allow extra travel time for both the 686X and the 686L, we will do our best to remain on schedule, however we may encounter increased traffic flow. 

686L Route Service Alert: 686L EB Route Detour

Due to construction, the following bus stop is temporarily closed from 06/23/25 - 06/27/25:

• American Blvd & Lyndale Ave S (EB) (Stop ID: 52214)

Please use the American Blvd & Nicollet Ave S (Stop ID: 51842) stop instead.
