We’re hosting Information & Orientation Sessions designed to help you become more familiar with our three services and public transit in general.

These sessions will include a presentation and Q&A about:

• Our three services
• SW Prime (On-demand Rideshare), commonly used for grocery trips, non-emergency medical appointments, meeting up with friends, and more
• SW Transit (bus routes) connecting you to downtown Minneapolis, U of MN, and soon, MOA, MSP Airport, and other key destinations along the 494 corridor through route 686
• SW Shuttle (Special Events), which provides a Park & Ride service from our stations to MN events like Wild, Timberwolves, and Twins games, concerts, fairs, and festivals
• General transit know-how
• Using Go-To Cards, reading bus schedules, and tips for making transit a convenient part of your routine
